Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Orders may be cancelled witihn 15 minutes of purchase if production has not begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at theoneandonlygesicat@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order, as each item is printed specifically for you after purchase.

Digital downloads and made to order printed workbooks are non refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Books and apparel are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners and may ship separately.
